Free Domestic Shipping:
In order to qualify for free shipping your subtotal has to be at a minimum of $60 after coupons and before taxes.

Processing:
Anjelic Scents accepts orders 24/7. Please allow 1-3 days for processing. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates: 
All domestic orders will ship via UPS. Shipping Rates are based on the shipping address and the weight of your order. 

Delivery Time

We work as quickly as possible to get your order out of the door, but unfortunately, once it is handed off to UPS, they are responsible for the timeframe to get the package to you and supply the details. Please contact UPS (1-800-742-5877) for shipment updates and delays; they have the most up-to-date information.

Order Tracking: 
If the shipping carrier provides a tracking #, we will update your order with the tracking information.

Please note: Refunds will not be issued for delivery delays that are caused due to the carrier.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If the package shows delivered to your shipping address but is missing you must report the lost package to us within 10 days of the delivery date. Upon reporting your lost package, we will inquire with UPS about the lost package and attempt to have it recovered. You must also make a claim with UPS and give us the claim number. If the carrier declares the package to be a complete loss, we will reship your order to you at no charge or give you a store credit if we do not have an item in stock.

Anjelic Scents is not responsible for packages that are delivered to the wrong address due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer. If an order is refused and returned by the customer, we will charge a 10% restocking fee, and the original shipping will not be refunded.
